I make homemade ice cream weekly and have been using Tupperware containers to store in the freezer. Those containers take up a lot of space and two of them have cracked from the cold. I saw this product and thought I should give it a try.....well, it works so well that I bought another one a week later. Ii can fit 2 of them easily on one shelf with room leftover. Great product!!

Its "okay" I guess. But the ice cream still develops crystals. Its not worth the money IMO. A glasslock container works just as well.

I have been made 2 batches of ice cream and this has kept it fresh and prevented any ice crystal formation. It has a good seal and washes well. Looks nice and is good quality. Definitely worth the money.

This is a really cool looking little container, and it fits nicely in the freezer. That's pretty much where the positives end. The lid was slightly bowed in the middle, so it didn't complete the seal needed to keep the ice cream fresh. Today, as I was scooping out ice cream from our very first batch, I heard a crack and saw that the container had a half-inch chunk broken out of it near the top. The plastic of the inner shell was thin, so I can see how it happened. I'm disappointed that I'm out $17, and this is going in the recycling bin.

I have bought three of these containers and I love them!! I accidentally dropped one of the containers and the colored insert cracked. I contacted Tovolo directly and within minutes they replied! They are sending me a replacement container free of charge, and I already have the shipping confirm! Great customer service and a great product!

These Tovolo tubs are great. I bought two. They keep the ice cream better than any bowl. It keeps the ice cream from getting ice crystals or changing character. We make homemade ice cream and always use the Tovolo to store the extra.
