This looks like a nice tea box, but its packaging includes a California Proposition 65 warning that I did not see disclosed on the sales page. Had I known this tea box might also be a suffering, death, and disfigurement box I would not have ordered it.Alas, I did not see the warning on the packaging either until after presenting the tea box as a gift, so now I look like someone who gifts “cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm”, which are not generally appreciated as gifts where I live.

I need to pay closer attention to dimensions when ordering stuff. This is a big box and I feel compelled to buy more tea. Heavy, sturdy, simple design. Looks like a good project for a shop class.

I was able to clear out all those individual tea boxes from the cabinet and combine them in this. My only reason for taking a star is all the shuffling of bags I found myself doing to get the lid to close.

I bought this a month ago. The box arrived with one of the hinges not working properly. We fixed it with a tiny screwdriver. A little flimsy, but does the job, I guess.

This box is beautiful!I had purchased a similar-looking box from another seller and when it was delivered it was falling apart! The construction was so shabby I was afraid to purchase another one. After reading the reviews, I took the plunge, and I'm glad I did.This is exactly what I was looking for. The materials used are great and the construction is solid. It sure beats having 10+ different boxes of tea taking up precious cupboard space!

The box is beautiful, but both of the tiny magnets on the top of lid to keep it flush with the bottom fell out. I accidentally superglued one of the magnets upside down, so it doesn't close all of the way now. Still, it looks very nice in my kitchen and holds a lot of tea bags!

I love this box very glad i purchased two. I have so many teas taking up space and this is a great way to organize them. Im not sure how durable it is because i haven't dropped it to see if it holds. So far its fantastic. I need a bigger size!!
