One of the dividers was cracked. I used super glue to fix. The lid is kinda flimsy. Does not fit single service tea packets standing up. The lid will not close. You have to lie them flat. I am using the one I bought, but would not buy again.

this has a very beautiful look to it, and it does organize all my tea, but the other reviewers are right when they say it doesn't close properly when filled. The compartments need to be deeper. I'm giving this a 3 star because I happen to leave my box open on display, although i would like to have the option of a closed box, it still looks nice.

This product arrived in a timely manner, was well packaged, and had no damage upon arrival. I organized my teas and am perfectly pleased with this product as it has eliminated the clutter of tea boxes and made it very easy to see what teas I have.

This box is absolutely perfect. The craftsmanship is great, it’s sturdy and doesn’t feel cheap. One thing I really like is that the door and the edge of the box have magnets to give the door a tight seal.

Great item for the price. The smell other reviews mentioned is wood glue. The sticker that mentions formaldehyde other reviews mentioned states meets California standards for formaldehyde.

Really like this. Only qualm is that the window of the box is made of flimsy plastic and not a sturdier material like glass. Have been using this box a lot though and we really enjoy it! Great for organizing your teas as well as letting guests choose from your selection. This would make a good gift but I'm not sure I can get over the plastic.

I absolutely love this tea box! I've had it for a long time now and it's still in good condition, one little piece of wood came out but it was super easy to fix(glue) so not a problem at all. , I use it everyday! It sits on our kitchen table with variety of teas in it and it's pure perfection! Defenitly recommend it!

This is a really nifty tea box. It comfortably fits lots of tea bags, has a nice glass (or plexi? Can't tell) cover, allowing you to see the pretty tea bags. I was also able to reclaim a lot of cabinet space by throwing tea boxes away. Very nice. Would make a nice gift for someone. Next time you are invited somewhere ask for a cup of tea and watch where the bag comes from. Your host might just appreciate such a gift next holiday!

Does it’s job. However, if you are thinking of this as a gift item, the craftsmanship isn’t great. There’s glue on the plastic “acrylic glass” and the film that went over it is also hard to remove. Great for everyday use if you don’t care what it looks like.

I love the look and size of this product. My only small complaint is that the plexiglass in the lid wiggles around and shows a small gap along the edges. It also came with a scuff mark on it that I haven't been able to erase.

The cover was bent when it arrived but we didn’t ask to exchange it as it’s for recreational home use and not really for display. The price is quite lower than similar items, I think it’s worth the price.
