I just got done hanging this thing. I crawled up in the attic and did some framing to support the weight, threw out the hanging hooks that came with it, and replaced them with beefy lag-screw eye-hooks. Confident that I could hang five hundred pounds (total overkill) from my support point, I installed the unit.I put a cast-iron dutch oven up, which promptly broke the hook the pot was supposed to hang on, damaged my floor, and put a dent in my wall. Upon inspection of the break, I found that the hooks that come with the unit are made of cheap white-steel, which I wouldn't trust with twenty pounds.None of this is made of wrought-iron. I'm very nervous hanging more than a couple teflon pans on this thing, and I now have to replace my floor.

It was easy to install. Hooks for hanging pots and pans are not the greatest quality but do the job.I wish the chains were black as well.It’s a really great size but I feel like it was costly.

Great price for this. Installation would be easier if I wasn't a red blooded male with no stud finder. Now I've got 47 holes in my ceiling marked out with tape like I'm on a retarded crime scene trying to figure out the connection between suspicious bits of popcorn ceiling.5/5 would install like this again.

Product had bee previously opened and odd parts and some missing original pieces replaced by other store bought items. Had to buy hooks for ceiling as ghe others were used already. Its up and looks ok. But was disappointed when we opened the box.

Love it in my kitchen. Only thing, the clips to hold the pans just loop over. So when I was first putting them up I had to balance everything or they could flip off. Also since they can move they slide around a bit when taking off/ putting up pans. But nice since then you can move them the distance you need to have a variety of sizes.

As last big as your rafters are where you need them this is super easy to install. It is a good unit and certainly works. My wife is happy to have an emptied cupboard.

Bought this as I got sick and tired of my pots and pans taking up so much room and having to pile them on top of each other for storage. I can't comment on the installation as my husband did it. It holds all my pots and pan and my baking trays I've put on top.I would buy again.
