La calidad del producto es buena, y se agradece que venga con repuesto del hilo cortador, sin embargo el diseño no te permite hacer cortes finos, así mismo el tornillo del selector de grosor se afloja fácilmente y terminas con rebanadas de queso demasiado gruesas

A little flimsy...easy to use but the adjustment for size of slice doesn’t stay tight. Also it doesn’t cut right to the board....it always leaves a tail. But over all it works but a knife does to.

It works alright with standard grocery cheeses, but this slicer is pretty flimsy. The wire loosens and is difficult to tighten, even with the required screwdriver. Plus, you end up eating plastic because the white cylinder scrapes against the uneven bits that stick out along the seam of molded metal just beneath it.

Okay value for the price but the materials are pretty low quality and the wire loses tension regularly. Does the job for my purpose (getting a young, knife fearing child to cut their own cheese) but wouldn't stand up to much more frequent use.
