I love the omelets this omelet maker helps me make. Just follow the directions on the packaging. I have tried making it with a minimum of whole eggs and mostly egg whites. Those omelets are a little tougher than the really nice, tender, puffy omelets that come from the use of whole eggs. I have added spinach and mushrooms to the egg mixture before the first cooking time and then added cheese before the final cooking time. I liked the outcome. I think you will be happy with this omelet maker that makes quick work of omelet making and cleaning up afterwards.

The product works O.K. It is easy to clean, but you have to be careful that you take it apart so you do not break the latches on it before cleaning. Do not over fill before cooking because it will leak out all over the microwave. A bit hard to keep it from spilling when lifting it up and putting into an eye level microwave. It does cook pretty well.

Omelettes are a breeze to make with this product - they take just a couple of minutes to make and clean up is easy. The resulting omelettes have a great texture and are never brown like the ones I make on the stove-top. I usually add spinach and shredded cheese, and also tried adding a few chopped cherry tomatoes. They turned out perfect - the tomatoes didn't make them watery even with seeds intact. Would definitely recommend.

This is a very simple and inexpensive product but that is not a bad thing, that is a great thing. It makes a perfect omelet every time if you follow the instructions for the most part while keeping in mind that every microwave is different. I love it that this is dishwasher safe! It is so good I purchased one as a gift for my grandmother. This product is easy to clean and has no problem staying on its hinges which is a problem I found on another similar device. One thing I have noticed is the product can wear out and get slightly harder to clean after dozens and dozens of uses so I would imagine I may be replacing mine after another year. Really, for the price and the number of perfect omelets I get from this, I am more than happy to replace this for the identical product and would recommend this to anyone who likes their eggs perfect!

We got these in hopes of some easy fast breakfasts. However it takes longer than it says to microwave the eggs, it get so extremely hot my kids cant do it alone (no warning) and to be honest microwaved eggs aren't good . we only tried once. Not at all how they say it will work

This works but quite honestly I think it is easier to make an omelet in a pan on the stove. The only advantage of this is that you could use it at work where there is only a microwave. At home, I will stick with a frying pan. Let's face it, it only takes a couple of minutes on the stove and with this device by the time you start, stop, stir then repeat, it isn't much faster.
