Takes a bit of getting used to. After a bit of practice it becomes easier.Does what it is supposed to do, much quicker than cutting by hand.Very sharp blade but has a safety guard when not in use.Cleans easily in the dishwasher.

I have found this product impossible to use. The matching peeler is a dream and I would not be without it, but this one does not seem to do what it is supposed to do. The fault may be mine, but I have yet to work out what I am doing wrong.

Lots of warnings from other purchasers about how sharp this is. I used it safely a couple of times with no problem but my 22yr old daughter managed to cut herself with it O.oMade great carrot noodles for an oriental-style salad.

I really like this peeler it is sturdy and goes thru the hardest of hardest squashes and even a pumpkin.I was really pleased with it just need tobe very careful while cleaning it.

brilliant for courgetti. I am doing Keto and so am replacing spaghetti with courgetti and also using various other vegetables. This was cheaper than a spiralizer and requires much less space. Worked equally as good in courgette as it did in carrot. I took not of previous reviews and was extremely careful as it is super sharp. You also don’t need to apply a lot of pressure as it is SUPER SHARP ( watch those fingers.

Took me a minute or two to properly get going with this. Mine came quite sharp, but while going to town on a piece of peeled ginger, it kept clogging after every 4 or 5 peels, needing me to stop and pick out the ginger pieces that have gotten stuck in it.

Bought specifically for celeriac but alas it struggled - strips not cut through and got stuck in blade. Maybe celeriac is just too tough - haven’t tried it on other veg yet - maybe it will fare better

I liked it that it produces the right thickness of strips and it is easy to use.Dislike: I am just beginning to use it so I might need more practice. I just noticed that the beginning of the peel is not separated so I needed to manually separate them. It is a bit dangerous to use but so far I have not harmed myself.
