So far, it's great. Love the color blue, that it's narrow and knowing the water is filtered to Zero. I'm a three time cancer survivor and took so many chemo meds that my insides were messed up, I could hardly go anywhere. Amongst other things, I decided to drink filtered water. Zero water was recommended to me as the very best. I've been very pleased. I am now able to get out and about again - I'm so happy to have a part in life again.The only challenge is, because of having arthritis in my hands, I have trouble pushing the button to release the water while it's in the refrigerator, so I took it out and put it on the counter and now I keep a pitcher of water in the refrigerator - much better. If I had it to do over again, I'd pick one that I can just push a lever up and down.But, I'm delighted.

I'm with everyone else. I literally just put in a new filter two days ago. I've filled up my pitcher maybe 3 times and now the filter is holding water and won't fill up my pitcher. These filters are absolute crap. I tested the water on the last filter and it was still reading 001, but again the filter was holding water and wouldn't fill up the pitcher more than halfway. I only used Amazon for the free shipping the price was the same otherwise.
